High Heat Retention Storage Heating

Our High Heat Retention Storage Heaters (HHRSHs) are the perfect solution for replacing older, less efficient electrical heating systems to improve EPC performance in refurbishment projects, or as a cost-effective, heating solutions for new build developments.

Named after the technology category that they created within SAP, the Quantum high heat retention storage heating range has redefined off-peak electric heating. Accurate, programmable and automated controls maximise comfort and minimise energy use, improving a property’s EPC when replacing traditional storage heaters.

The Quantum HHRSH is recognised in SAP as the most efficient way to heat a room electrically for 24hrs. It is also capable of improving the EPC of an existing dwelling through storing heat from cheaper off-peak tariffs, proving low carbon space heating

Lower running costs

This solution is up to 27% cheaper to run than a standard storage heater system and up to 47% compared to an electric convector or radiator system*

Standard and testing

Quantum is BEAB Approved (the highest independent safety standard achievable in the UK for this product category) and comes with a two-year warranty as standard, with an extended 10-year warranty option available
